It was so much fun! Seeing Miami at night from the top of the bus was so cool. The tour guide was fun and made the tour unforgettable. He loves his city and will make tourists love it too! It was informative, and we seen and learned a lot about Miami and Miami Beach’s history. The music was great, and was the icing on the cake for me. Well worth it!

This was the best experience in tourism i’ve ever had! The music, the views, and the jokes! Michael the tourguide carried the tour with such charisma he kept everyone involved and really made the entire thing a night to remember!

Do not attempt to take this tour with the Miami City Pass!! We travelled to the kioisk at Bayside in the daytime to ask if we needed to book (despite the City pass website very clearly stating that it was first come, first served. The website is very clear what attractions require reservations and this tour did not!) We were told no reservations required and the tour left at 7pm. We arrived back at 6.30pm to get a good seat and were told that a lady was specifically put in place to manage all the people who had been told the tour was 7pm as it had been changed to 8pm. Despite being disappointed we changed our restaurant reservation, killed some time and came back at 7.30pm. We waiting for another 20 minutes and the lady who had told us to come back for 8pm wouldn’t let us board. She told us that we should have made a reservation. I showed her the website stating no reservation required and she said that she had to prioritise those who had bought tickets directly and it wasn’t our fault we hadn’t read the small print!! I had read the small print and knew we were right. We had also asked a member of their staff earlier in the day to check!! Have had to make an official complaint about her attitude!
