This was definitely a waste of money. We were dropped off with inadequate instructions as to how to check in and take the tour. Once on the overcrowded boat we had 90 minutes of listening to the muddled sounds of a woman talking in English and then translating into Spanish, neither of which was discernible. I bought a mojito and pina colata, not in the signature glasses, and two bags of chips for 42.00. I wish I had stayed at the hotel and gone swimming. Don’t waste your time on this excursion.

I had booked for a trip and noticed it clashed with a meeting just after booking (10 a.m). I sent 3 emails and 1 message on tripadvisor to move the booking to a later time. I informed them multiple times. They called re the booking at 4 p.m & told me that I need to pay an additional 30$ to the booking for them to move the time! Very rude and poor customer service.

The cruise was great. The Spanish lady and the tour guide at bay market were disaster. They did not even knows the viator rule. They didn't accept our viator reservation. We had to wait 30min for the next bus till another tour guide arrives that knows the rule.
