All staff we interacted with were extremely personable, kind, and professional. The tour itself was informative and seeing sites lit up at night was amazing. Our driver pointed out certain points with more specificity than the recording we were listening to. Electricity went down at the Lincoln Memorial due to nearby road construction, so we did not get off the bus at that site as anticipated. The busses began boarding at about 7:25 for the 8:00 departure. When they say get there early for preferred seating, they mean it. We arrived right about 7:00 and there were over 70 people in line already.

dc is so beautiful at night. we especially enjoyed seeing the monuments capitol and white house Greg was wonderful and fun getting us organized before the tour
