We bought the tickets in advance via trip advisor and they sent an email stating that the tour was to begin at 8, to our surprise, the tour started one hour before and we were left behind - NEVER AGAIN I WILL BUY ANYTHING WITH TRIP ADVISOR - there is not even a place where I can set a complain
