Your driver Gianni McDuffie was very polite and asked if anyone needed to use the restroom: me of course: He held my hand to get down the stairs and upon my return he made sure I didn’t trip over the chains and held my hand again. I’m physically ok but it just made me happy that this young man went out of his way to assist. The tour is nice, but the speaker boxes don’t work without a headset and I didn’t have any. It would have been nice if the stop locations were announced before getting off

The tour was great, very informative and the host are the bus were very engaging and friendly. Both the driver and guide Shelly I believe was her name were nice and helpful! Thanks for a great nite and memories that will last forever!

Well organized with friendly operators. The information recordings were extremely informative and there were lots of famous ones. The duration was just right, just under 2 hours. We all had ear buds plugged in at our seats and we could control our volume and choose our language. I assume each 'historical site' info broadcast was triggered by our GPS location which meant if we were ahead of schedule while driving the previous info broadcast might get cutoff before all of the commentary was complete. A minor annoyance as the main facts about what we were looking at had been stated.
