Convenient stops. Friendly staff. Passes by most of the important monuments and museums in DC. Free headphones to hear the prerecorded guide.

We did not get the full tour. We got on at the Botanical Garden but when we got around to Union Station, we were told we had to exit the bus we were on and get on the bus in front of us to complete the tour. But, before we could get on the other bus, it departed without us from the original bus. We were told that our original bus had to wait there for half an hour. We walked back to our hotel.

Saw everything and had a good opportunity for fotos! Drivers were pleasant and helpful. Earplugs and guided tour worked and were interesting.
