It was confusing to catch the bus initially. I didn’t know that the bus starts out of Union Station. And also I think I should have been informed to download the app to have a better experience.

It makes it so easy to see the sights in one day. You don't have to bother with parking and if you want to get off, no big deal - the next bus is 30 min behind.
