Great tour ..would have liked a closer view of the White House. Romero was very friendly and helpful while we were waiting for the bus to arrive.

I had a limited amount of time in DC, and wanted to see & learn as much as possible. I bought a 2 day Big Bus pass and loved it! They provide earphones and you learn about each the landmarks around the 13 stops along the way. I learned so much more then I would have walking around solo. I’ve was also able to see a bigger area than if I would have walked the entire thing. The drivers were friendly. The app is very helpful. It’s a GREAT value. I worked recommend to anyone!

Pretty disappointing experience made all the worse because we've previously had such a good time using big bus tours. We specifically booked this tour after checking, a few weeks before our trip, that Washington Union Station was a stop so we could 'hop on' straight after getting off our train. The website said it was however on the day it turns out things had changed and the buses no longer stop there. There was no representative, or even a simple large sign, to indicate where the first sign was so it was a stressful start to the day. The app was difficult to navigate for tourists and you don't get a map until you get on the bus. It's a shame because when we finally walked and found a stop, the bus was great and the audio commentary interesting.
