Great to see the Capitol Building. Nice to get on and off. Eadu ticketing. You can use the ticket a day later than the date on ticket.

Worst experience ever. Driver did not communicate. No headsets were made available. Waited over an hour for a pickup at stop #7.

We got on the first bus on 4th August from Spy Museum. We moved three times before finding seats where the audio worked. We got off at the Lincoln Memorial and the staff member there is the only reason we gave two stars as she was super nice and helpful. The drivers were rude and shouted at guests to get on the bus quickly. Although you can trace the buses ‘live’ on the App - a lot of them don’t show up. Been on Big Bus tours in many cities worldwide. Would probably think twice about using them again and would look at alternatives.
