We purchased our package from Groupon which included a walking tour, boat tour, night tour, 1 museum entrance as well as the two day hop on/off tour. IMO it was a great value. We had a few great tour guides but some of the buses didn’t have any. We noticed that parts of a few of the buses leaked and their were some wet seats downstairs. I will most certainly make the purchase again if we go back. I have used the Big Bus tour buses in Vegas and plan to in NYC!!

This was not only a great way to see DC, but to also get around DC. It stopped at key areas to enable you to visit almost everywhere you want. Stops were very convenient. You could listen to highlights of DC during the trip or there were some buses that had tour guides sharing their knowledge of DC. We had Cassie on one of our bus trips and she was awesome! Highly recommend.

Never have I ever experienced such a poorly run company as Big Bus In DC. The buses are in poor condition and the staff are not professional. They dont check tickets and tell you nothing. And they claim to come more frequently than all their competitors. NOT SO. What a waste of money.
