Great way to see the city but the app didn’t have current arrival times and the bus didn’t come to a stop that was listed as being active. So do the loop but don’t count on the hop on hop off aspect

I bought my tickets on line. It was suppose to be one day but was charged for 3 days. When we sat on left side we were able to get the audio tour but the right side had no plug ins. Then it poured and the bus took an hour and 15 minutes to pick us up

Buses were overcrowded, we weren't able to get on the first one that pulled up and had to wait for the next. Bus driver ignored request from another family to be let off when they couldn't find seats and drove with small children standing in the stairwell. The busses aren't airconditioned, the seats outside were so hot they were uncomfortable to sit on. The narrated tour was mediocre. Not worth the money at all, get a guide book and ride the city busses around which are cheaper, airconditioned, and have more comfortable seats.
