Good views from the front of the top level. My biggest complaint was that the buses were oversold, and I couldn’t get on the bus when I wanted to. Ended up using the metro instead, which is obviously frustrating when one spends that much money on a bus ticket.

Terrible drivers throw vehicle round like a car sling on breaks when they fault to anti pats a signal. Massively more expensive than other locations and no local narration. I've done these in Berlin and Dublin and they've been very good with informed person giving engaging tour guides this one just uses the prerecorded one. One driver saw me and my wife running with our 1 year old and buggy in arms as we got to the vehicle just drove off and shrugged at me, leaving us in 32 degree heat to wait for the c. 40 mins for next one. The route was quite limited just basically a lap of national mall with Arlington thrown in.
