Sitting inside of the bus was quite hot and packed. That being said, the buses come frequently which makes it super easy to experience DC. Make sure you get the top floor for the most comfortable experience.

This was terrible. The bus was almost completely full so we had to sit in the top front row right behind the windshield. It was 90 degrees and there was no air conditioning. The driver stopped for a 20 minute break that was not disclosed when we signed up or when we arrived that day. The 20 minute break turned into 40 but nobody told us why we were stopped. We had to ask someone else. The recorded tour gave us no information, I would say it played for a total of 5 minutes over the 90 minutes we were on the bus.

Sat on bus for almost an entire hour while 6-8 staff milled around outside. Was told that there was a mix up about who was supposed to drive. Finally decided to get off the hot unairconditioned bus and just walk. Staff refuses to give refund and directed me to email the address on website which bounces back as undeliverable. I’ve used buses like this one in other large American cities no problems. Horrible experience and awful customer service. Don’t waste your precious sightseeing time with this company.
