I will never book through aviator again. There was no customer service, no phone number to call. Closest location for me to board the trolly was closed. Customer service was closed. I tried to cancel tickets by way of email and chat room during the legal 24 hour cancellation policy and no one responded to me. I even had the help desk at my hotel try and they couldn’t get anyone to respond. I was not able to use the tickets and will work with my credit card company to get a refund. I’m sure the trolley tour was fine but the 3rd party Viator was terrible!

TERRIBLE experience . it’s super expensive, they just have 3 or 4 buses. they say you wait 30 but it’s actually 45 min. Then in one stop (wharf)we wanted to enter but the driver didn’t let us i don’t know why. it starts at 10 , finishes 4:30 and you are not able to use it ! go with uber , much less and you enjoy your day better!

The Tour went to all the best sites and told very good historical stories. Really enjoyed the Washington monument, Thomas Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, White House and the United States Capital building. It was a great experience.
