It just doesn't work! It' hanging during installation. At the same time you can't get a help if you call during weekend or after 5 pm.

It is a good app if you near one of the actual sites. Do not try to use it unless you are actually near one of the markers. But when I could get it to work, I enjoyed it.

A friend had told me about this app for the Big Island and we thought we would check it out. It was so worth it to us! I had read and re-read books and searched on line about where to go on the islands etc but my brain was definitely on overload. This app made life so smooth and easy. Just be sure to download it when you are someplace with good service so you will be ready to go when you start your drive. The tour taught us so much about the places we we were driving and gave us directions to see things off the beaten path that we would NEVER Have seen! I wish I had more time to do all of the tours but we ran out of time. We have told so many people about this app since our return to the East Coast. We did at least 3 of the tours on the Big Island, we did a tour on Oahu and 3/4 of a tour on Maui (since we only had a day here and planned a whale watch). I would HIGHLY recommend! At times when the tour stopped, Hawaiian music would play which was awesome! The only downside is that sometimes there would be silence, and we thought we had lost the connection but once we hit another dot on the app, the tour would begin again! Maybe they could just add some more Hawaiian music at those "quiet spots"... They should make tours for the East Coast too! Thank you SHAKA GUIDE!!! <3 You certainly taught us a LOT!!! ... and one last thing... showing us where those lava tubes were on the big island.... where nobody else was --- it was just us in those lava tubes! How awesome was that! Everyone else just drove right by!
