Once we figured out how to restart the audio after making scenic stops it was a great experience. We were able to enjoy the entire volcano park and get helpful information along the way.

We took a self-guided tour using an on-line source keyed into GPS. The tour took us to all of the interesting sites. The tour was thorough and interesting including learning about the various myths surrounding the area.

We were unable to go on this tour on the day scheduled and I didn’t realize it was only good for one day. Things happen when on vacation and it seems like it should be available for a few days.

Aloha Karen! I'm sorry to hear there seems to be some confusion. Shaka Guide tours can be used any time once purchased and will NEVER expire. This means you can use the tours over and over as much as you like. However Viator/TripAdvisor uses a booking system that requires a date and time for the bookings. Please know that dates and times totally do not apply to Shaka Guide tours as our tours can be taken any time. If you've already booked, you just need to download our Shaka Guide app and your purchased tours on to your phone. The steps for that are in the booking confirmation sent to you after your booking.
