The host of this trip was excellent. However, the booking company is terrible. We spent about an hour driving to and from the airport to drop off a couple who was scheduled to do a Helicopter Tour, which was not part of this Tour. Additionally, the tour said they were going to the Gardens in Hilo and we didn’t see one. The other stops were great and the Tour guide was great. It just seemed poorly planned by the travel company who oversees these tours.
