I went on the Bike the Burgh tour last October (a little late writing this review hahaha) and had a really great experience. The rentals were very comfortable and Harry (our guide) took us around and explained everything really well. Before the tour begins Harry provided some information on how to be safe especially while riding through the city, so if you're not an experienced rider that's not a problem at all. He was very engaging and had so much information to share. You get to see so much of Pittsburgh and learn about its history. I was glad to do a tour on the first few days itself as it helped me get familiar with the area. It's the best way to learn about a city and with Bike the Burgh Tours I'm sure you'll have a great experience too!

My husband and I decided to take a road trip to Pittsburgh to visit friends. I had visited once before, but it was a short stay and I wasn't able to see much. Being a tour guide myself, I always enjoy seeing cities from the perspective of locals. In the times of COVID, we figured an outdoor tour would be our best option. Bike the Burgh was right on the money! Harry was extremely welcoming and fun. We nearly got a private tour (only one other couple joined us). The ride was easy, informative and the views were fantastic. It was an absolutely prefect day for biking. Equipment was also in great shape. Streets were very safe, as there is little downtown traffic right now. We will definitely be back to enjoy Pittsburgh post-COVID. Highly recommend this tour option!
