I can recommend the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. We came for some barbecue at lunch on Tuesday, but what really made an impression was the kindness we received. We walked from the stockyard railroad station to Billy Bob's and my 81 year old mother became so exhausted, she couldn't walk any more. When we explained the problem to the staff, Chris Fersch, the culinary director and executive chef personally made sure I could pull my car up to the building so she wouldn't have to walk any farther than necessary. He also personally escorted her out, letting her lean on his arm. The food was good, but the service was above and beyond what we expected. Thank you again, Chris!
