Nestled along the scenic northern shores of Lake Michigan the Village of Ephraim’s cultural and historical heritage is a blend of Moravian culture and Norwegian ethnic heritage.

Peninsula State Park Golf Course

Peninsula State Park Golf Course began as a 6 Hole course in 1917, grew to 9 Holes in 1923, and expanded to an 18 Hole course in 1931. The course offers spectacular views of Eagle Harbor and the Village of Ephraim as you meander through the beautifully sculpted holes and scenic landscape.

We enjoyed our scenic cruise to Horseshoe Island and surrounding areas. Our tour guide, Chuck, was fun, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the tour so enjoyable! We plan to return soon and schedule another cruise. Thanks for this experience!!

The staff was great and Charlie had so many interesting facts about the history of the Green Bay side of Door County! Will go back for the northern Death’s Door tour!

Experiencing Door County from the land is wonderful, but seeing and feeling it from the water adds so much enjoyment! We loved hearing so much history of the county from our tour guide as we viewed the shores, bluffs, and islands from the Sister Bay Scenic Tour boat (we actually took two different tours).
