Do not use this company. We had a booking back in August which couldnā€™t take place. We were promised a refund and 3 months later we are still chasing with no reply from the company.

This was second time weā€™ve gone on a CraigCat tour in Naples but first with Islandlife and we had such a great time. My ā€œteenā€ boys loved it and got to see gators and dolphins! Chase was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a wonderful time! We found a lots of shells on White Horse Cay! I would love to go again soon!

We we arrived we were told we would be going out 7 miles in open water. The information doesn't state that at all. We were told this when we arrived and said we didn't realize it was going out 7 miles in open water and that I get sea sick, that we would get a full refund. That was August 2 and to this date, and after many calls and texts, we still haven't received our $198 refund. We trusted John, the gentleman who told us there would be no problem getting a refund.
