Long Cellars focuses on producing fine wines using Bordeaux varietals from some of the most notable vineyards in Washington. Currently, fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the Yakima Valley and Red Mountain A.V.A.s, with all six red Bordeaux varietals being used to create single varietal and blended wines.
