Took my husband & daughter for a Fathers Day outing and we all had such an amazing time. It's an hour of pure fun! And even better if it's a hot day... how better to cool off than taking a speedboat ride thru the harbor? Hint: If you don't want to be soaked, don't sit in the back half and wear the poncho they provide. For locals and visitors, this should go on your "to do list"!

Codzilla was a definite hit for my group! The group included 4 teen--college aged girls and two grandparents in their late 70's. Let me tell you, I've never heard Gramma yell so loud in my life! We all had a blast! Plan on getting wet! A few tips for seating: while you wait on the boardwalk, observe the previous group as the boat enters the docking area. If you want to stay dry, try to see where the dry people are sitting and go grab their seats. You will not stay completely dry, but some areas are drier than others. Another thing to look out for are speakers. If you don't want hard rock blasting your left ear for 40 straight minutes, perhaps the aisle seats would suit you best. I did not get motion sick, but Gramma did after the 40 minutes were up--but still not as much as she usually does. Shouldn't really be a problem. The script the "ship mates" use is really REALLY corny, and they know it; for their sake, laugh, sit back, and enjoy the ride.

Oh my word... this was awesome! We sat in the back of the boat thinking it would be the driest but found out after that they are the wettest seats on the boat! Totally worth it. Definitely go on a warm day, you will get drenched.
