It was a rip off, I did not get to have the tour since they are cancelled because of COVID-19 and I claimed the refund but was denied. Here is the answer I received via e-mail: ā€œ Thank you for your patience as we looked into your refund request. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for this booking. As the refund request was rejected by the supplier. We understand your disappointment and although we are unable to issue a refund, we would like to extend a $25 USD / EUR 25ā‚¬ promotional discount so you can try another experience: 5RH5AXR43 We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Our tour of the Freedom Trail is operating! You sent us an email 1 day after your scheduled tour. In the email you stated that a person you met in your travels told you that all walking tours in Boston are cancelled. You never contacted us prior to your tour for clarification, or to ask for a refund. If you had done so, we could have cleared up any confusion. In addition, we offer free cancellation to guests who provide 24 hours notice. We feel terrible that you received incorrect information from someone you trusted.
