They couldn't find our reservation and we ended up missing the boat. Several phone calls between this company and the actual cruise ship they found us and stuck us on the next boat with a shorter ride and no meal. Not enjoyable at all having to wait for 4 hours

Peter, thank you for booking a cruise with us and taking some time to leave a review. We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience. The reason that they could not find your reservation is because you arrived at the booth for another company. It sounds like you were trying to work this out with the other company and with Viator, which unfortunately is completely out of our control. Our team has indicated that they did not hear from you until you arrived at the correct location, after your scheduled trip had already departed, so it is hard to see how we could have prevented the situation. At that point, we did all we could to provide a courtesy accommodation on another trip. We are in the process of developing even more comprehensive directions that can be shared with booking partners like Viator to help avoid this situation in the future, and if you have any suggestions that would have helped you find us more readily, we welcome those at [email protected]. We also welcome any other thoughts you may have as we certainly do not wish for any of our guests to miss out on the great experience we strive to provide due to difficulties with directions or otherwise. The captain was very knowledgeable and added fun information about the harbor. The food was good! It was very relaxing! Loved It!

This was something I did with my sister and her husband, and we made such good memories. Great experience!! Perfect timing! Clean boat such a friendly crew! It was easy to check in.
