This was a great experience. The tickets are fairly priced, the boat is impeccably clean, the narration of the tour was fantastic. You get a lot of city history (some more historic than others), great views and a good start to learn about the city at the start of a visit. There is not a bad seat, and comfortable indoor seating if you don't want to go outside ( but if you can, go up-top). There is a limited snack bar. We departed and arrived on time. I would do this again. Based on this experience, I would also try one of their other cruises.

To be honest, I didn’t have any experience with your tour. It was a lot of back and forth with the cancellation of our departure time. Emails back and forth without any concrete answer as to when and where our tour was going to happen. I understand that this weekend was a total washout bc of the weather, but I feel that it could have been handled better. We were calling ur contact number but we never got through & when we left our call back number, we never heard back. It was very disappointing.

The ride was nice, the guide, Mike, was very informative. I just wish the weather had cooperated. Between the rain and the windows on the boat fogging up, it was difficult at best to see some of the islands. Overall, we did enjoy ourselves and we would recommend the experience.
