the poor guy had to run from top deck to the lower decks to talk to the people on board...stuff happens.. he did the best he could but with out narration you really miss a lot

I only had one day in Boston and this is what I booked. I look forward to this cruise paid a really high amount of money to park downtown and walked quite a ways to get to the wharf. When I got there a very bored and unhelpful Young lady at the counter told me that the cruise have been canceled. She said I should’ve gotten an Email and that I would get a refund. Well I didn’t get an email or a refund and I am very very discouraged.

Hi Patti R and thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear of your disappointment with the cancellation of your whale watch. Sometimes weather cancellations happen very close to departure time. We do immediately post a cancellation message on our website and email to all passengers who purchased through BHC directly but often don't have the email addresses of those who purchased their tickets through third party vendors. I hope that you have received your refund by now but if you haven't or if you'd like to discuss further, please contact [email protected] and we will help you with the process and see what we can do to make it up to you.
