The tour guide David Coffin had an ancestor that participated in the Boston Tea Party so that was pretty cool. David was funny and informative and made the tour interesting with lots of information about the harbor's formation and growth over the years. It was a good excursion, but my friends and I felt it was a bit short. Doing it over I would have looked for a longer tour that visited some of the further islands with the historic lighthouses on them. We weren't disappointed, just wanted a little more from it.

The 90-min tour was just enough time to get a feel for the history and harbor; the boat provided in-door and out-door seating and a beverage bar. Tour guide got a bit corny and elementary, but these guys have to communicate with a wide variety of guests. Convenient location, and easy-on/easy-off tour.

The ships tour guide was very informative and knowledgable. A perfect relaxing way to see the sites and the Boston skyine.
