We had pre booked a whale watching cruise for the first day of our visit from the UK but due to bad weather it was cancelled. We then re booked for later in the week but again the cruise was cancelled. As well as the cancelled whale watching cruises we also booked the Salem Ferry but again it was cancelled because of the weather. Not having a lot of luck - Call me Jonah! On the last day of our holiday we decided to try and book the Harbour Cruise and went to Long Wharf to do it. We joked about the bad luck we were having and were given a complimentary ticket for the cruise. This was completely unexpected but greatly appreciated This is great customer service from Boston Harbour Cruises for something they had no control over whatsoever. Highly recommended
