This cruise was the perfect way to see the Boston harbor and skyline. The tour guide provided a great history and pointed out all the important landmarks. Definitely sit on the right side of the boat as that is the side they will point to most often.

I love getting out on the water whenever I can, and on a hot summer day in Boston, this cruise was a perfect way to cool off and learn the history of Boston Harbor from a delightful tour guide with an Irish brogue. On this 90-minute tour through Boston's inner and outer harbors, our guide shared tales of the Revolutionary War and local legends of the sea. I was surprised to hear how the harbor was transformed into one of the cleanest waterways in the country and how much landfill has taken place over time. Tour highlights include: seeing the nation's oldest continuously manned lighthouse, the Harbor Islands National Park, Boston's working port, views of the city skyline and a stop at Charleston Navy Shipyard.

i honestly didn’t want to go—bought the tickets bc my mom wanted to but i enjoyed it so much! i was expecting this dry boring lecture on history but we had a young lady doing the narration and she was both hilarious and informative! even for someone who is NOT a history buff this was a really great choice. i would do it again!!
