I've taken this tour a few times with out of town guests. It is a great way to get a little bit of history and see some of the harbor.

the guide was good but his voice was inaudible which is obvious as the speakers are not well placed. was kind of boring..

We were sitting on the top deck but the sound system was not working on that deck so it was just a cruise with no commentary.
