The Tables on board were not covered with any clothes. The room was not arranged. So a few families had all of the chairs against the windows. While other people walking around with no seats. I helped the elderly couple with a cane sit down.

Tour guide was good but that was about it. The boat interior is a mess. Carpet is worn, chairs have got to be 20 year old outdated generic banquet hall chairs. The refreshment offerings were lame. It’s a shame more thought and attention to detail hasn’t been put into this because it could have been great.

We really enjoyed our 1 hour water cruise through the harbor. We learned so much from our guide. He was fantastic and so informative about the history of Boston and the environmental awakening that has now made it the cleanest harbor. I can’t remember the guides name (11:30 cruise on 7/31/22) but We all thought he was the absolute best
