We love the Boston ferry ride, would not book through aviator again! Brought tickets for an 11am there never was a tour at that time. The boat company was nice enough to exchange our tickets. They informed us they have lots of problems with Viator. At no time did Viator inform us. We rushed around the city to get to the harbor for nothing. A lot of stress that did not need to happen

Great experience! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Boston for the first time. Tour was informational/educational and entertaining! I went on the 4pm ride and it did get pretty chilly by the end (September 30), so consider sitting inside. The windows are huge and the view is still amazing.

The historic Boston harbor cruise was good but Viator did not update me to let me know there was no longer a 3 pm cruise on Sept. 29 and we had to wait around another hour to take the 4 pm cruise.
