Be more specific in selling, we were led to believe we were going to see something different to what we already saw on the afternoon tour. The green onesie Christmas tree was fun but a little over the top with his dramatics, his colleague in the cape was unfriendly and standoffish. The windows were steaming up, I was told not to place my phone out of the window to take photos, sorry but when they say take plenty of photos you expect to be able to do this. We only had 1 stop where they walked people to a specific tree that was lit up in the common, called the Halifax tree, think the festive lights were the trolley. We were given a little treat on board, I wouldn’t have bothered as this was just rubbish.
