Hello, I would like to obtain information about the proper proceed to receive a refund for the following booking. I booked this tour on 10/26/2020 to visit sightseeing oF Boston on 10/27/2020 and when I tried to redeem my tickets, I was informed that City View Trolley Tours was no longer working for the season. You can probably understand how misleading the information on the TripAdvisor website is when it allowed me to book a tour that I was never going to be able to complete. I would like to know how to claim a refund. Thank you, Anolan

Coach was a great guide because he was knowledgeable and, even though we took the route two and a half times in one day, he always had new and interesting stories to share
