Informative. Though trolleys took unnecessary highways Some drivers were good but waited at green lights It was a nice experience

We had a good time but not a lot to do due to covid-19 buy other than that was great I like the cleanest of the city.

Our first ride around the city was great! The driver was very knowledgeable and funny! The second one was NOT nice at all! We entered the bus and where scolded right away about how loud we where. We (group of 2 couples) were discussing what stop we needed to take for some additional sightseeing. We were NOT talking that loud. We where on for 2 stops and got off at Beacon Hill. While we exited the trolley, the driver had the nerve to say to the other passengers about how loud and rude we where! We can hear him from the open trolley! Terribly unprofessional and disrespectful! We will NEVER use this service again while in Boston!
