Friendly driver tour guides. Buses in good condition and clean. Narration was difficult to hear or understand on one of the buses ( sound system, not ambient noise). Great frustration in difficulty finding where to hop on, due to lack of signage on sidewalk and insufficient level of detail on guide map; the guide map should include street address or description (such as 50 ft from intersection of X and X). We walked between stops so did know know hop on spot since had not previously hopped off at that spot.

This is a good overview of the city central of Boston. There are 9 stops focused on the old town. There is a larger tour that has 15+ stops and covers a larger area of Boston. We can in on a cruise ship and were well over a mile from the closest stop of the tour. It would have been helpful to have a tour map available when deciding on which option to select. The drivers did a great job providing the details of the sites and local information to make for a fun day.

Great experience! Cindy was an excellent tour guide, she was extremely informative and really knew Boston history! We wanted to do the tour again to hear the information we missed on the other trolley but had a strict timeline!! We highly recommend!
