We have been to Boston in September and bought tickets for a hop-on hop-off-tour. When we received the route map, we noticed, that this is not the original hop-on tour with the orange / green color. The route was much shorter, no Cambridge (Harvard / MIT), no Seaport, no Prudential Observatory Deck. We spoke with the Manager on duty (he rejected to give us his name, but we found out, his name is Scott). He was very unfriendly and refused to cancel our ticket purchase. He clamed that the route of the grey and orange / green trolley is the same - ridicolous. In our opinion the grey tour is untrustworthy If you make a booking, make sure, that you buy tickets for the orange / green trolley. Kindly regards DIeter from Germany

My wife and I have been on many tours of Boston. The tour conducted by Joe Brown on September 15 was clearly the best ever. He not only knows the city well but his passion for it adds a great deal to his presentation. If you can be Luckey enough to get him as your driver you won’t be sorry.
