After reviewing the dispatch records, Tom Collins was not on as a driver at this hour.

We had a good time on this tour. The first time on we had Matty as our tour guide. He was funny and very knowledgeable. He was also a good driver, seemed to flow easily in the crazy Boston traffic. We purchased the harbor tour add-on and enjoyed a nice tour of the harbor. For the price, this was a great tour. However... after the harbor tour we took the trolly back to our starting point and had a different tour guide. This guy was not the best. In fact he was quite rude. I can’t remember his name, unfortunately, but he said he used to work for the duck boat tours. Anyway, his driving was very jerky, slam on the accelerator, slam on the breaks. I was getting a little motion sick. His humor seemed snarky and rude. He made several comments about the “loud kid” on the tour. This was just a toddler that made a few noises, it wasn’t crying or anything. Also he told the parents not to talk because it was distracting him and would cause an accident. He also called out people that got off without leaving a tip. Over the microphone, so I’m sure they could still hear as they walked away. This caused me to put the money I had out for him back into my wallet. I was thoroughly disgusted by his unprofessional manner.

We used this tour as part of the Go Boston card but found it poor tour. We usually take a city tour whenever we visit a new city and always find them very informative but not with City view Trolley Tours. 1. You can only start your tour at the ticket booth near the aquarium, no joining the tour at a point nearer to your accommodation at the start of your day AND ticket booth staff said because we were using a Go Boston pass we could only do one full circuit in a day so if we got off at eg stops 2 then 6 then found we had time to visit eg stop 4, we could not use the city view ticket to get there. Why is it only Go Boston visitors this rule applies to? 2. The 3 drivers we encountered all only talked about the Boston Tea Party (I'm sure there is more to Boston!) and all were recommending numerous restaurants across the 3 journeys. Whilst we're happy to hear about good restaurants, I'd rather have heard more about Boston. 3. This tour does not cover as much of the city as the other Boston bus tour which is the biggest disappointment. (And you can start your day on the other bus tour from any of their stops with a previous purchased ticket) We only used this service because it was included in the Go Boston pass but I feel we would have gotten more from our stay if we'd paid separately for the other city tour and then used our Go Boston pass to visit more of the tourist points included with the pass. (Perhaps we were unlucky with the drivers we encountered but we would definitely not use this company again)
