One driver suggested that one should start @ Bunker Hill and go into downtown; most start @ The Commons. We were thinking that this trolley would carry us from point to point along the Freedom Trail. It really does not. We didn’t really care for this tour. 1) The drivers were rude to everyone. 2) The stops are not well marked in some locations. If no one is right there, they may not stop. We had to chase one down. 3). The trolley travels in a circle, but move opposite to the Freedom Trail from the Commons to Bunker Hill. It’s better to plan on Walking the Freedom Trail. 4) I would enjoy for the drivers to talk about the historical points of the area, not how ugly City Hall is and what’s on the news. 5) Did I say how rude the drivers are... that dropped the score from 3 to 2. I don’t like tour operators that are tired of serving people.

Tom Collins was awesome and super funny! He knows his stuff and does it very well. Would highly recommend getting a tour with him. One of the best parts of our trip!!!!

I got 'EJ,' the BEST historian of Boston I'd ever heard at the end of my hop. He was so amazing, detailed and funny, I wished I could stay on the bus for the entire loop again and listen to him. Don't forget to tip! They work hard.
