I was apprehensive about this as I used a similar service in NY that wasn't as great as this one. The drivers were very nice and very informative. They were very courteous also. The stops were easily located; the buses came quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the trolley. I think the key is the driver and we lucked out and got great ones. Bart was one I remember that gave us lots of good info and drove slowly past interesting points.My teenage son truly enjoyed it and remembered many of the little facts that Bart gave!

Good Morning, I wanted to send a thank you email to you and your company. Our Girl Scout trip to Boston was amazing. I would like to give a shout out to one of your drivers, Matty. He picked us up at North Station and was so funny and kind. We were lucky enough to get back on his trolley another time from the North End to the USS Constitution. I will definitely recommend your trolley company to other scout groups in my area. It was smooth and easy with our large group of 19! We are amazed at what we fit into the day! Thank you again, Amy

Tom Collins was the BEST tour guide. He embraced our crazy group of dog-loving Instagram friends and took time to get to know us. We learned about historical Boston while laughing. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Highly recommend!
