I visited Boston recently and booked one of the CityView Trolley Bus tours last minute. Tom Collins made this tour memorable, fun, he was hilarious, full of knowledge of the area and answered any questions. He was engaging with everyone on the trolley bus. I would recommend this tour.

We started our tour on a cold, overcast morning and the atmosphere inside the trolley seemed to match the weather outside. It did not seem our tour guide was too enthused to have such a large group, evident by his snide remarks underneath his breath. I thought his rendition of historical information was average and his attempt of being comedic fell flat for me. After we got off and toured a bit, we got on another trolley, but this time with Hugo. He was amazing - welcoming, hilarious, and very informative about Boston history and today's culture in Boston. Thanks to Hugo, I left the tour feeling much better about the service and learned some interesting facts about Boston.

We had limited time off the cruise ship so this was the perfect way to get around and see the city highlights. Drivers provided interesting narration about city's history and sights to see, as well as recommending restaurants and answering travelers' questions. Drop off sites were convenient and buses came by frequently (more often than advertised). Price was fair, especially with add-on harbor tour.
