we waited more for the trolley than we did exploring. but then by 3:30 we had to get on the trolley for fear of being left behind because of the trolley lag time.

Hi Debbie, we're sorry you weren't able to board the next trolley...we do our best to have seats open as our trolleys frequent the stops, it doesn't happen often but we do our best to service our guests. Thanks for understanding and we hope that you choose us again next time in Boston.

The driver makes all the difference. We did the loop with Cindy who was great. Hopped off and got back on with another driver for 2 stops who was monotone and unenthusiastic. Got back on Cindy’s trolley and she had looked up a question I asked and found the answer! Well worth doing . And we went to get excellent lobster rolls at her recommendation of James Hook. Don’t miss out on a good tour

The lady (can’t remember her name) was absolutely amazing! She kept us entertained the entire ride. Very knowledgeable and great sense of humor! The guy gave a great rendition of Cheers theme song ❤️
