We stopped in Boston for an afternoon on our way home from Cape Cod. As it was a quick stop and our first visit to the city, we thought we'd see the highlights with a hop-on-hop-off tour, and found this one on Groupon. The tour covered some pretty key spots, and the guides on the trolleys we rode on were both informative and entertaining. We've done this type of tour in several other large cities, and the guides we had were impressive. I can highly recommend this service, especially if you're trying to acclimate to the city before venturing out on your own, or are trying to see a lot in a short time like we were (with young kids, too).

We took the train to South Station anticipating to hop on the shuttle there. After waiting more than 40 minutes we finally made a call to the compsny. It was then we learned that stops 17-20 listed on the website were not regular stop but part of a seasonal shuttle. The first day’s tour was informative with a great guide. After the tour, we walked more than a block to get the shuttle back to the train station. Thinking we knew what to expect, we tried again the next day. Just waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle this time! We hopped on and off several times so the drivers were different each time. I liked the trolley...just wish web site information more accurately reflect reality!

Thank you for your feedback, due to the number of stops for the trolley tour you’ve mentioned, it appears you purchased tickets for our competitor. Our tour also frequents our pick up stops every 10-15 minutes during season.
