The staff were very helpful and courteous. It was a lot of fun wondering around and then picking up the trolley to the next interesting stop. The drivers were a wealth of information

Driver was very funny, (from what I could hear), but can't remember his name. Need to improve on the audio equipment so that what drivers are saying is even clearer.

Loved the drivers. Appreciated the option to hop on and off so we could see the sights as well as hearing the tour. The only thing I would say is we waited at the 7th stop for almost an hour without another trolley coming thru, so we had to walk the rest of the way. Wish they had a tracker app for their busses, it would have made it a lot more helpful.
