we loved EJ, who was our first guide (and driver). you could tell he loved his job and really did what it takes to be good at it. so informative and funny. and loves helping customers as they leave (to find wherever they want to go). price is good. our 8 and 11 year old daughters liked it too. since it wasn't the crazy busy season, we were able to do more than just one trip around (ended up going about 1 3/4 times around counting on and off stops)

My mother and I had taken this tour, as she had never been to Boston before and we wanted to see as much as we could, in a limited amount of time. The trolley tour takes you around a number of landmarks, and the live commentary allows for great informative pieces of the history of the City of Boston, and was very entertaining. The driver we had was hilarious! He made us laugh so hard, along with others on the tour as well. We decided just to do the whole loop in one go. The staff at the kiosk collecting our tickets were also very friendly.

Got a two day hop on hop off pass with city view trolley tours. Absolutely loved Hugo! He was personable, very funny and very informative. We rode the trolley around a complete circuit +2 stops just for the entertainment. Would absolutely recommend this company. We will definitely use them next time we are in town.
