I took my family of 6 and this was a great way to see Boston. One of my girls was on crutches so we were able to ride the whole thing at once...get the feel of things...and then take another loop and hop-on-hop-off. We first had Uncle Steve as our driver. Super fun narration. Loved the accent. Later we had another who was different but also great. We also did the harbor cruise which was great...I'm sure the perfect afternoon temps in October added to the delight. Make sure to check out Groupon...go tix for $24 with the cruise (was $17 with just the trolly...great deal!)

Our first driver (Jimmy Pazinni or something like that) was excellent. It's a great way to get around to the highlights of Boston and learn and laugh along the way.

We booked this coming off a cruise ship and were taken to Quincy Market by shuttle bus organized by the cruise line at a cost to us. Getting off this shuttle we had no idea how to get to the pick-up points of the tour, asking various people for directions and ending up having to walk 10 blocks difficult for 2 seniors and finally being able to flag down a trolley. Much better directions to pick-up points need to be given. Also, when booking the trip I requested the harbor tour as well, which ended up not being listed as included on our voucher and we had to pay for it again. The Trolley tour and Harbor cruise itself were great and there were very good commentaries.
