Just had 1 1/2 days in Boston, so we had to hit the highlights. A walk on the Freedom Trail followed by a CityView Trolley Tour gave us that. Our driver, Uncle Steve, was fun and informative. Our package included the Harbor Cruise which gave a great view of Boston from the water.

There were 8 or 9 stops on this tour which we got through Living Social. Guides were good and went by a very tight area in the heart of the city. We had two people who really couldn't walk to far (thus we chose to take the hop on/hop off tour). They dropped us off on Boylston and we walked 5 blocks to the public library. Upon the return we had to wait for the 3rd bus to have enough room to get on. The buses were clean and big wide open windows. On a hot day, this was a win. They also offered a free boat tour which we didn't do. The last tour was at 4:30 and when we saw the line in the hot sun waiting to get on the ship, we decided to have a drink at the Chart House instead. I think this offered a great value for the price we paid, but for our particular group, I think a longer loop would have been better.
