Great tour and convenient. I didn't even wait 5 minutes to hop back on to the 2nd trolley. It takes you almost throughout all of the city of Boston and our driver, Uncle Steve, was very knowledgeable and never had a quiet moment; I was fascinated by all his fun facts about the city.... I liked that about him very much. You can tell he loves his job!

The buses and guides were fine, but we probably could have saved the $$ and just walked the Freedom Trail. As it turned out we only took the ride 3 times and ran out of time to do more. Beware.. the $16 rate we paid at the Boston Commons visitor center does NOT include the "free harbour tour" by boat that is advertised every place. We wasted 90 minutes waiting on the next boat, then were told our tickets did not include it.

This was my first time in Boston on a trip with my daughter. We chose Citywide Trolley tours to get around the city. Hopping on and off the trolleys, we got a great feel for the city , learned our way around very quickly . Although we enjoyed all the information the trolley drivers gave us on our tours, we have to recommend Cindy as the best for the tours. Not only is she a local , she knew the history and background of the city in depth, and was, hands down, the most informative trolley tour guide of all. We really enjoyed the entire tour and we love the city of Boston so much we can't wait to come back and see the rest of the city.
