In cities with trolley or bus tours, I enjoy getting an overview of the city. This tour was a great way to see some of the different things that Boston has to offer and get a bit of history as well. The ticket sellers and driver were all friendly, as well as helpful. This is a terrific way to see some things and then go back to the areas that interest you for more in depth information.

We are so pleased with the services this company provided during our stay in Boston. The Trolley bus tour was very interesting and full of information. We hopped off at different attraction points and when we hopped on back on the trolley bus, the drivers were different, but they were all knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and they answered all the questions we had. They provided extra information on restaurants, and other attractive facts about the city. Wait time for the following trolley bus at the stops was less than 5 minutes. We rode the trolleys for two days. On the second day of our visit, we had some issues with the trolley bus pass, however, the representative at Kiosk was very kind and solved the problem promptly. We did not waste time, the agent was very attentive, polite, and respectful. We enjoyed the rest of the day without any difficulty.
