Third time coming to Boston and doing this tour. This time they made us get off and wait for next trolley. Then let the lineup for other on. Took over 30 min. Line ups everywhere. Brutal.

Hi Kathryn, we apologize for this inconvenience as its not the norm, however we occasionally are required to change and juggle the trolleys around due to traffic etc. Please try us again when next in Boston and be sure to email me directly so we could make sure it doesn't happen again to you.

Great experience with all the drivers we had very informative and made us laugh. Loved being able to get off and on at all the many stops provided. Hope to come back next year again

I wish we could have stayed on for the entire route first before deciding which stops to get off and explore. Also a couple of the drivers commented more on the other drivers and pedestrians than telling us the history or landmarks
